We are a full-service, state-of-the-art fitness facility operating in its present location since 1987. We are also a member of the IHRSA (International Health and Racquet Sportsclub Association).  

With 25,000 square feet of workout space, it is the largest fitness and racquetball facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

We have a membership of 2500, and our facility easily handles the flow of members to reduce, if not limit, any waiting for equipment.
Aerobics Classes are taught daily. Racquetball, the Rock-IT sport climbing gym and Indoor Pool and Water Aerobics provide exercise options for all ages.

Weights, cardio equipment, personal training and a professionally qualified staff offer the assistance needed to reach individual fitness goals.
