We are a full-service, state-of-the-art fitness facility operating in its present location since 1997. We are also a member of the IHRSA (International Health and Racquet Sportsclub Association).

 
With 10,000 square feet of workout space, it is the largest fitness and racquetball facility in Madison, Alabama.

We have a membership of 2500, and our facility easily handles the flow of members to reduce, if not limit, any waiting for equipment.

Aerobics Classes are taught daily and racquetball provides exercise for all ages.

Weights, cardio equipment, personal training and a professionally qualified staff offer the assistance needed to reach individual fitness goals.
