Did you know any trained monkey can show you how to workout. Yeah really a monkey trained to train you. That’s what a trainer is and that’s exactly what I am a trained monkey with 13 years experience in the Health Club industry and 6 years as a tennis pro. Now get this I’ve helped 150 men and women get in the best shape of there life. How did I do it? I’m the guy (trained monkey) who shows you the door and you’re the one that has to walk through it. As a trainer I have to share this with you. You don’t need me, you don’t need a gym, you don’t need workout equipment, and you don’t need anything to get in the best shape of your life. You just need to believe in you. You need to believe you will succeed; you need to believe you will achieve what you picture in your head is the real you. If its health reasons or weight lose hey we can help. But again you have to believe in you. Let me share this with you.
What do you do for a living? Does your work require you to be on the job at a certain time? Are you responsible for meeting deadlines, selling products, delivering goods then you are the basic equivalent of point A to point B. Lets face it if a trucker needs to deliver goods from one town to another the boss does not care about the flat tire, the bad knee, the sick kids at home or any other excuses. He is mainly concerned about the job being completed. But when it comes to our personal lives, how do we live it? We tend to put things off for another day. We say,” I’ll do it next week.” We kid ourselves, “I’ll start next Monday.” “I’ll start after the Holidays.” “This year’s New Year resolution.” Now go back to work and tell your boss “I’ll start on it next Monday.” “I’ll do it after the holidays.” “You know I’ll have that finance report for you after the New Year.” What’s more important your job or you, you of course, then shouldn’t you treat your health more like a business? Then make your business plan, make your deadlines, go from point A today to point B tomorrow to achieve your personal health business goals.
Maybe the business plan is not for you maybe we should look at it this way. Ask any person,”Who do you love?” They answer,” I love my kids, my wife, I love God?” People reply,” What a great person he loves others first how humble.” “He really cares about others.” When in reality one should be replying to the question. “Why I love myself, I have a son who I love infinitely, but I love myself first.” Why should you love yourself first, because you cannot give out what you don’t have with in. So you must love yourself unselfishly like you love the ones to you. If you have kids you plan their meals make sure they eat plenty of fruits and veggies, you make sure they have plenty of rest, and plan their play time. Then do the same for yourself.

I taught tennis at Mid-Town Tennis Club in Rochester New York. A top ten indoor club according to tennis magazine 1986.( yeah I’m older) Also at the Granite Club in Toronto Canada. Also in Ann Arbor Michigan and South Texas. I managed Gold’s Gym, which had a terrible reputation in this town, but when you see the 40 and up members who made health a lifestyle you would agree, “Wow I could look like that?” I managed Bodies in Motion in Beverly Hills California which was located right behind Beverly Hills High School and right in front of the Fox Tower where they filmed the first Die Hard Movie. ( No kidding) Trained some celebrities as well, blah blah blah, are you ready to change? Then come see me, really I can help.
